Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar (plus an extra bowl set aside to roll the dough in)
1 cup packed brown sugar, packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter (skippy)
2 sticks butter, softened
2 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Extra sugar set aside to roll dough in
About 50 ish Hershey's Kisses, refrigerated



Directions
i. Preheat oven to 375°F.
ii. In a mixing bowl, beat regular sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and 1 egg on medium speed until well blended
iii. Stir in (or mix on low) flour, baking soda and baking powder until dough forms
iv. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in extra granulated sugar.
v. Place about 2 inches apart on parchment paper
vi. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until the outside is a light golden brown.
vii. Remove from oven and immediately press 1 Hershey kiss into the middle of each cookie
viii. Place on cooling rack after cookies sit for a few minutes. I like to pop them in the fridge for 5 mins to let the Hershey kiss set
