½ pack sugar free pistachio pudding mix

2 tsp LorAnn pistachio baking emulsion
1 ½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pistachios
Powdered sugar, for rolling

Directions
i. You literally cannot mess up cake cookies
ii. Just mix all of the ingredients together
iii. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes
iv. Roll the dough in powdered sugar. The dough is very sticky and annoying.
v. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
