
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup powdered sugar (plus some extra to roll the baked cookies in)
1 tsp vanilla
A dash of salt
2 ¼ cups of flour
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup chopped pecans

Directions
i. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
ii. Mix together the butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until light and fluffy
iii. Slowly mix in flour and salt to the sugar butter mixture
iv. Add in the chopped nuts
v. Chill dough for 30 minutes
vi. Bake for 10-12 minutes; cookies should just begin to turn a light golden-brown;
vii. Let the cookies cool on a rack for 10 minutes or until you can pick them up without being like ouch hot. Then you can roll them in powdered sugar and place in the fridge
