*Same exact recipe as my gingerbread cookie recipe; just the shape is different*

Ingredients
3½ cups flour    
1 tsp baking soda
A sprinkle of salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice (maybe even a little less tbh)
½ tsp nutmeg
⅔ cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
¼ dark brown sugar, packed
½ light brown sugar, packed
⅔ molas
ses (Grandma's brand)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla 
48 Hershey Kisses, hugs or, dark chocolate Hershey kisses (Hugs work best for these)
Granulated sugar to roll dough in
Directions
i.    Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice
ii.    In a separate mixing bowl, beat together butter, brown sugars molasses, vanilla, and egg on high speed until fluffy.  Be sure to scrape down sides and continue mixing
iii.    Add the flour mixture in slowly and mix on low until combine.  
iv.    Chill dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes
v.    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
vi.    Form dough into balls then roll in granulated sugar
vii.    Bake for 8 minutes ish, don't overbake
viii.    Immediately press the kisses into the cookies when you remove them from the oven
ix.    Let them sit on the pan for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
