Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened (microwave it for 20 seconds if refrigerated)
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar, packed
½ dark brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon
½ cup dark chocolate chunks
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ bag of cadbury mini eggs, chopped

Directions
i. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
ii. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
iii. Mix together butter and sugars on high until combined, should be fluffy
iv. Beat in eggs, vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon
v. Mix in the dry ingredients to combine
vi. Add white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks and Cadbury mini eggs and mix well
vii. Roll dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on parchment paper
viii. Bake approximately 8-10 minutes or a little longer depending on your oven
ix. Let them sit on the pan for 3 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack
