Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 
¾ cup granulated sugar 
¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
cups flour
1 tsp baking soda 
½ tsp baking powder 
½ pack Lemon Jello mix (They don't make the sugar-free version of this one which is weird)
Yellow food coloring
2 lemons
1 tsp salt

Lemon Glaze:
1 cup Powdered sugar, for glaze
1 tbsp lemon juice, for glaze
Directions
i.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees
ii.     In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, Jello mix, salt and set aside
iii.    Mix together butter, sugars and food coloring on high until combined, should be fluffy
iv.    Beat in eggs and lemon juice
v.     Mix in the dry ingredients to combine
vi.    Zest 1 lemon into the mix
vii.   Roll dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on parchment paper
viii.  Bake approximately 10-12 minutes
ix.    Let them sit on the pan for 3 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack then chill in the refridgerator for 10 minutes
x.     Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice(you can add a pinch of citric acid to make the glaze more tart)
xi.    Drizzle over cookies, zest remaining lemon and chill in fridge until the glaze sets
