Ingredients

1 box dark chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup flour
Café Bustelo instant coffee
Orange Lindt chocolate bar
¼ cup cocoa powder of choice
1 cup powdered sugar
Terry’s dark chocolate orange ball

Directions

i.    Mix the dark chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, flour, and coffee mix together
ii.    Chop up the Lindt bar and add to the mix
iii.    Freeze the dough for 30 minutes
iv.    Mix together the cocoa powder and powdered sugar
v.    Slice and roll the dough into 1-inch balls, coat in the cocoa-powdered sugar combo
vi.    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
vii.    Chop up your chocolate orange and then once the cookies are out of the oven press a slice into the top
viii.    Optional: Sprinkle sea salt over top
