Ingredients

1 pack of Speculoos cookies 
8 oz cream cheese, 
White chocolate of your choice
1 tbsp of Crisco
Powdered sugar

Directions

i.    Put the cookies in a food processor until they are dust
ii.    Mix them into the cream cheese
iii.    Roll into balls
iv.    Freeze the balls
v.    Melt the white chocolate with Crisco but make sure it’s not completely melted, you want some bits of white chocolate chips remaining, so they look like snow chunks 
vi.    Coat the frozen balls in the melted white chocolate
vii.    Once the chocolate solidifies then you can dust the powdered sugar over top
