Spumoni

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
½ cup cake flour
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
Cocoa powder
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
Pistachio pudding mix
Cherry Jello
Maraschino cherries, chopped
Pink food coloring
Green food coloring
Powdered sugar

Directions

i. Mix dark chocolate cake mix, 2 eggs, cocoa powder and ½ cup vegetable oil together until combined 
ii. Fold in the dark chocolate chips
iii. In a separate bowl combine the white cake mix, cake flour, ½ cup of vegetable oil and 2 eggs together until combined
iv. Separate the white cake mix dough in half
v. Add pink food coloring to one half and green to the other
vi. Chop up about 12 maraschino cherries and add to the pink half
vii. Add pistachio pudding mix to the green half
viii. Roll all 3 doughs into logs and place them together and roll into one log
ix. Freeze for 10 minutes at least
x. Slice, roll into a ball then coat in powdered sugar
xi. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
