Ingredients
For the Cookies:
1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 egg yolks
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup black cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk + a splash more you have to eyeball it
For the STUF™:
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup Crisco
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle of salt
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 ish tablespoons of hot water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt

1 ½ cup flour
½ cup black cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk + a splash more you have to eyeball it
For the STUF™:
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup Crisco
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle of salt
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 ish tablespoons of hot water
Directions
I. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie trays with parchment paper (after the dough is made, put a little bit under the corners of the parchment paper so it stays in place)
II. In a mixing bowl beat the butter, sugar & salt together until light and fluffy
III. Add in the egg yolks until combined
IV. Slowly add in the flour and cocoa powder; continue mixing until the dough looks a bit crumbly
V. Add the milk and the dough should be kind of tacky
VI. You don't want the dough too thick so that it doesn't pipe but you also don't want it to thin so that it's watery.
VII. Bake for 10 minutes
VIII. Let the cookies sit on the tray for 4 minutes before moving to the cooling rack
Chill the cookies in the fridge
IX. With a hand mixer, mix together the ingredients for the Stuf™ and then make your sandwiches
